A private mastery programme.

SIGĒ is for professionals, negotiators, and senior leaders who operate in environments where misreading situations has significant consequences.

Four phases. Six to nine months. A maximum of 20 participants per cohort. Every submission is reviewed by a faculty member. Certification is never automatic. Some candidates do not pass Phase III on the first attempt.
